Deposits are generally credited to the User's Account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment processing. Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed full KYC verification. Currency: All transactions on the koy388 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). koy388 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their own bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on the Platform.

koy388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at any time and without prior notice if koy388 has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or has otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to koy388, other Users, or third parties.
Upon termination of an Account for cause, koy388 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture under these terms will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding AML review.
Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting koy388 customer support. Before closing an Account, the User should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed immediately upon request. Accounts with a positive balance will be processed within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koy388 holds its international gaming license.
